Mentoring the Next Generation of Clinical Social Workers

Becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is a transformational journey — and clinical supervision is a crucial part of that path.

I offer structured, supportive supervision for Licensed Clinical Social Work Associates (LCSWAs) in North Carolina.

My goal is to help you build your clinical competence, ethical foundation, confidence, and professional identity as you move toward full licensure.

Areas of Emphasis During Supervision Include:

✅ Diagnostic assessment and clinical formulation
✅ Intervention planning and treatment development
✅ Ethical decision-making and professional standards
✅ Documentation practices and board compliance
✅ Navigating the licensure process in North Carolina

  • Focus on real-world clinical application: diagnosis, treatment planning, ethics, documentation, and licensure readiness

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your supervision session

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or reschedules

  • Independent professional liability insurance is required (separate from employer coverage)

I am committed to helping you develop the skills, confidence, and ethical foundation you need to successfully transition to full licensure.
