Headaches, tension in your body and at times a pervasive feeling that something bad is going to happen.
Does it feel like you are on the verge of tears constantly?
Panic, fear, uneasiness, overthinking, avoiding places and people. Using food as comfort instead of nourishment.

Together, we will explore the underlying sources of your worry and fears. We will get to know those parts of you that have been working so hard to protect you. These parts have been communicating with you as body tension, anxiety and fear. As you gain a better understanding of yourself, you will shed unproductive patterns of thinking and find healthy ways to care for yourself.
