Criteria To Be Accepted To My Practice
I only work with individuals who are ready for deep work.
If you are expecting therapy to be an experience where you come in, week after week, vent about a lot of things in your life, complain about your job, your spouse, your kids and the therapist just nods and asks “How does that make you feel?” I am not the therapist for you.
People who are accepted into my practice are ready to go deep.
You must be ready to be uncomfortable.
This is not your traditional “talk therapy”. Will we talk? Of course we will! But we will be focused on getting you the clarity, relief and healing that you came for. You will often hear me say “Go inside” or “Let’s slow this down” or “I want you to pause and reflect on what you just said”.
The goal of therapy is not for you to spend your life in therapy but to spend your life THRIVING!
I only accept clients who can commit to weekly or biweekly sessions. I do not offer “drop in therapy” or “monthly therapy”.
We are not playing games here.
