What is Depression?
“THE ONLY THING MORE EXHAUSTING THAN BEING DEPRESSED IS PRETENDING THAT YOU’RE NOT”
~ Unknown
Depression doesn’t always look the same—but you know how it feels.
It might show up as that heavy weight in the morning, making it hard to even get out of bed. Maybe you find yourself snapping at people you care about, or canceling plans because it feels easier to be alone.
Some days, it’s that quiet, nagging voice telling you you’re not enough—no matter how hard you try. On the outside, you might keep up appearances: the smile, the small talk.
But inside, it feels like you’re barely holding it together.
Even your space might reflect how overwhelmed and stuck you feel, clutter piling up as a mirror to what’s going on inside.
