    IFS “Internal Family Systems” is a model of therapy that views all people as having system of sub-parts that are protective as well as wounded inner parts. This system is led by a core Self. By gaining insight into what these parts are protecting us from, we can gain self-compassion and heal those parts of us that are carrying emotional pain.

  • EMDR Therapy

    Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing uses eye movements and other forms of bilateral stimulation to reprocess disturbing memories thereby decreasing their impact. EMDR can also change feelings, thoughts and behaviors resulting from a distressing experience.
